Heart of Grace Home Care LLC is Hiring a Caregiver Near Little River, SC

Job Title: Caregiver

Duties:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor

Skills:
- Experience in hospice care or social work is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid techniques and emergency response procedures
- Direct support experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion
- Ability to effectively manage behaviors and implement behavior management systems
- Familiarity with resident rights and person-centered care approaches
